My name is Myriame. I am a Moroccan-French visual artist currently based in Bordeaux, France.

My work is deeply influenced by my country of origin, Morocco, and more broadly by my Maghreban and African upbringing. I draw great inspiration from colourful patterns and rich urbanscapes bathed in beautiful sunlight, and enjoy finding the uncanny in ordinary scenes.

I use both analog and digital mediums and have been experimenting with oil pastels, acrylic painting and animation in all their shapes and forms.

As much as I enjoy making art for the sake of pushing the boundaries of my creative process, I find great fulfilment in collaborating with others and am always glad to create with or take commissions from passionate people.

Parallel to my practice, I am the cofounder of Kham Studio as a trained architect, a social sciences researcher and a lecturer.
